Letters to the Editor
from Todd Andrew Barnett, and A.X. Perez
by L. Neil Smith
So here we are againbasically, where we have been all our
lives. As an author and lecturer, and simply as a human being, I know a great many
individuals (the average person knows about three hundred; I know several times
that number), not a single one of which wants to vote for Barack Hussein Obama,
or whatever his name is, later this year. Nor does anybody I'm acquainted with
want to vote for Mitt Romney. And yet, despite hundreds of thousands of
person-hours of effort, millions of dollars in contributions to change things,
somehow, that's the choiceif you want to call it thatwe're left with.
Plastic Man I versus Plastic Man II; Socialist Party A versus Socialist Party
B. Vote for the murderous criminal collectivist of your choice, but vote.
Socratic Underground Academy
by A.X. Perez
Many libertarians have expressed their hatred and disdain for the
public school system. I can't argue, the state has established a strong monopoly over
education and it would be better if more people could and would use alternatives such
as home schooling or private schools (closely monitored by all parents and not just
the "in group") if you happen to need the right piece of paper. There remains the basic
issues that public schools are paid for by tax dollars and that their goals include
indoctrination of children to be loyal citizens and toe the party line.
Voting in 2012
by Jeffery Small
The following article is scheduled to be published in the
September issue of Liberty's Torch, Brad and Barbie Harrington's Cheyenne,
WY newspaper, where their motto is "Defending your individual rights, whether
you like it or not!" Well, you can't beat that!
"From Five to EightIsn't 'Democracy' Great?!"
by Cassandra C. Grissom
So Nevada delegates "shamed" Nevada? Well, I emphatically disagree!
In fact, the only ones who shamed anyone were the mindless drones that call themselves
the RNC. How dare any American condemn someone for speaking out against tyranny?! The
GOP cheated! They should be put in prison (that is if you believe in modern punishment)
personally, I think we should find a tall tree and a short rope, and forever label them
as the spineless, statist traitors that they are! What is wrong with the people of this
Open Letter to My Senators RE: The Federal Reserve Heist
Dear Senator, Mr. Ben Bernanke told the Senate Banking committee
that the government must take action (deficit spending) to prevent an economic collapse.
Did he tell Congress that every dollar of such spending would be profit for the Fed that
would be hidden by the FRBNY in apparent violation of the law ??
Terrorizing the Two-Party System
by Jonathan David Morris
I want to be a terrorist. Not a terrorist terrorist. Not the
kind that blows up buildings or kills people. I mean I want to be a terror. I want to
make things difficult and really annoying for the people who want to run my country.
Better Off? Not at All
by Jim Davidson
According to a recent speech by formerly impeached (for perjury and
obstruction of justice) president Clinton, you are better off today than you were four
years ago. Is that really true? Would it be true if you went back 12 years?
