L. Neil Smith's
The Libertarian Enterprise

Number 66, February 29, 2000
He's Back!

"A libertarian is a person who believes that no one has the right, under any circumstances, to initiate force against another human being, or to advocate or delegate its initiation. Those who act consistently with this principle are libertarians, whether they realize it or not. Those who fail to act consistently with it are not libertarians, regardless of what they may claim."

Editor's Notes

It is with the greatest pride that I announce that L. Neil Smith has graced us, once again, with his contribution to TLE. In fact, the biggest problem your fearless editor faces now is keeping up with the number of essays he cranks out while still featuring TLE's other fine authors.

In addition, this issue finds a lengthy two-part piece from Vin Suprynowicz -- one contributor for whom I will always break my rule on article length. There's just no such thing as too much Vin!

Freedom!
