But Kmart's biggest rivals, Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Target Corp., sure have, fighting back with price cuts and even a lawsuit, and gaining market share in the process. [...] Though Kmart says its store traffic has increased, it doesn't seem to be luring customers away from rivals.
