Re: "Individuals do not need leaders."

At least one definition of leader is: "One whose example is followed.",. Oxford American 1980.

In a free society, the roll of leader and follower are constantly changing. Someone who leads in one area, follows in another. Someone who follows in one area leads in another.

Individuals don't need arrogant tyrants. Leadership is a different matter.
