EDITORIAL MATTERS:

Well, as I was preparing Michael Bradshaw's article "SpaceShipOne, GovernmentZero" for this issue, I read the line you see in red up in our "motto" area. And I had to stop and cry a bit. I realized I'd actually become convinced I'd never ever read or hear anyone using those words. I feel better now. Lots better!

Surprise? What surprise? I'm still waiting for a certain someone to make it happen. Until then, I'm just as surprised as you!
