In 2003, Lafaye was sent to jail for allegedly pawning her brother's lawnmower. She had a dispute with him over money owed for her house cleaning services.

The police refused to let her sign her own bond when she was arrested. She was in jail without trial for two weeks and needed medical attention. For at least four days she asked for medical attention and was refused. On the last day she was on the floor, dying, with four pulmonary embolisms, four blood clots. Her lungs were filling, she was gasping, and the pigs didn't care. Finally the inmates banged on the door and demanded help until an ambulance was called.

Then the evil pigs refused to allow her to be treated at the hospital until she signed a document for them. So, of course, she signed. She then passed out and was unconscious for 28 days. In intensive care for 25 of those days. You see how filled with loving kindness is the heart of a pig.

She was also stuck with $214,000 in hospital bills because the pigs got her to sign that document, evil villainous scum that they are. Now she's on medications in order to live.

A friend of Lafaye's died in the same jail house, from a massive heart attack, because the pigs hate humanity and engage in persistent evil. The jail has no clinic, no facilities for Lafaye's medical equipment, and the jailers are unreasonable and evil men and women who refuse to allow anyone their medication while in jail.

In 2006 Lafaye was brutally beaten and carjacked. So she bought a $500 car. It was sold to her with a loose steering column. She has documentation of this fact from the seller, as well as photographic and video evidence.

In 2007 she was pulled over due to the poorly functioning steering system, when her car touched the white line. Lafaye was not drinking. Yet she was arrested and falsely charged with driving under the influence, because the pigs are evil.

The first public pretender lawyer they gave her did not show up for court 13 times. That lawyer entered a false plea of guilty even though she had never met with Lafaye. The court then delayed her case for 3.5 years claiming that the pig had been deployed to kill people in Iraq, therefore she couldn't have a speedy or public trial.

Lafaye does not wish to enter a plea. Her new public pretender insists she should. Even the police impound guy said her car has a loose steering column.

Lafaye's lawyer is refusing to issue subpoenas to relevant witnesses.
