"...the many left-wingers who have been telling us for the past five years that we are in the "Summer of Recovery."

But we are in the summer of economic recovery. Unfortunately it is a summer like unto that of 1816 right after the Explosion of Tambora in 1815.

Thank you for the opportunity to sneak in a shot at leftist obsequiousness towards the current Administration and a reminder that Mother Nature can affect the climate much more than any amount of human activity within the capacity of current technology.

Just wanted to let you know—today I received my Fiscal Cliff Survival Pack from the White House which contains a parachute, an 'Obama Hope & Change' bumper sticker, a 'Bush's Fault' yard sign, a'Blame Boehner' poster, a 'Tax the Rich' banner, an application for unemployment, an application for food stamps, a prayer rug, a letter of assignment of debt to my grandchildren, and if that was not enough, there was a discount coupon for a machine that blows smoke up my ass. Everything was "Made in China" and all directions are in Spanish.
