THE LIBERTARIAN ENTERPRISE Number 799, November 30, 2014 You Republicans talk about freedom all the time, but you want freedom properly licensed, complete with photo ID. Gentlemen, you can't license freedom. You're either free or you are not. Attribute to L. Neil Smith's The Libertarian Enterprise Officer Darrel Wilson '...I'm sorry... but I'd shoot him again...I was doing my job.' Anyone else had enough of this shit? Last night, while the Ferguson Police were protecting their gangs clubhouse AKA as the FPD station, the cops let the rest of the town burn. This isn't surprising, the Supreme Court has ruled that the police have 'no duty to protect anyone' but merely the obligation to enforce 'the law.' The masses seem to really believe that "cops put their lives on the line for us every day." Anyone that really understands the nature of government understands that this is utter non-sense. Cops enforce unjust and unconstitutional laws. Those that resist or question are imprisoned, assaulted or killed. This happens on a daily basis. For doing so—they are given very nice salaries and a status of superiority in our society. When, on the rare occasion their actions finally bring down a negative response, they drive around in tanks, hide behind riot shields and 'protect themselves'. Such examples as Ferguson, Bundy Ranch and Chris Dorner come to my mind. Such overreactions and no care for property damage or loss of life; including shooting fifty rounds into a truck driven by two Asian women, not anyone that matched the description of Chris Dorner. I'm not sure if it's funny, or sad to watch the Stockholm Syndrome in action. Later, they will resume their normal activities: stealing your money for "failure to yield" or "no left hand turn signal" or for smoking some grass. Not to mention that their entire salary is paid for by theft, in the form of Taxation. It's a Gang mindset. Maybe, if you were married to one of these gangsters/officers you might have a point—but I'd remind you that if he takes to beating you and you call (his fellow gang members) for help—it won't likely be you that is helped. Please remember—cops beat their wives at a rate of four to one, the national average of domestic violence. Focusing on Ferguson, one would do well to note that this particular DA has now overseen five instances of an officer shooting an unarmed person without a prosecution/indictment. Admittedly, the fault does not all lie in his hands; nor the grand juries. When you combine the fact that we no longer have a trial by jury in this country, we have a trial by government and the fact that the police 'investigate' themselves and the that the DA's have NO incentive to question/prosecute/indict cops—you get is what we had yesterday. What is one to do? We tried a ballot box, we tried a soap box, we tried a jury box, by my box counting skills—the only one left is a bullet box. A lot of my fellow Libertarians/freedom activists are using this situation to prove that we are reasonable. Mainly they just want to talk about how we are against violence and looting. Call me emotional. Call me irrational. I think the time for reason, calm and discourse has passed. I'm against the police on any level! As far as violence goes, I think we are more than justified. 'Looting is wrong!' No shit, shithead! Most everyone is against that, except the police, they do it EVERY FUCKING day via 'asset forfeiture' and unconstitutional 'laws'. We need not let ourselves be distracted. This is a crisis. The police are completely out of control. They are the most common threat to one's safety and rights that we face. A few shittards that don't know how to correctly direct their anger, aren't our problem. If you are still busy trying to argue with Chris Cuomo, Van Jones, and Barack Obama—YOU aren't part of the problem, as a Libertarian, you are the problem! Hypothetical protagonist: 'But, that (violence) won't help anything!' My response: 'Yeah, are you sure? What if all protestors weren't so 'non-violent? What if they all had five shot revolvers concealed on their persons and as individuals, all said, 'not on our watch' at the same time?' 'And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every police operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt!'—Aleksandre Solzhenitsyn Every individual in this Country has a decision to make—and I mean soon; be a naked, bumbling coward or stand up! I say, not one more cry for 'peaceful protest!' Why would anyone in their right mind use peaceful tactics against a violent oppressor? The Founders made some serious mistakes—but they DID ensure that we are the most well-armed populace in the history of the world—let us use it to our advantage! The government is big. It is scary. It is violent. It can and will hurt/kill you. As individuals we must become the same. One can't outsmart a bully. One must hit a bully squarely in the nose and bloody it. In school, one could go to the principle and ask for help. Who are we supposed to go to? The government? 'Please—Mr. Policemen stop violating my rights?!?' There are plenty of YouTube video's that show how this works out... The Time Has Come! We claim to have rights, but the police/government are laughing at us. With the exception of Bundy Ranch—when was the last time we proved that we did have rights? They are bullies and thugs with a deep sense of entitlement and they'll keep it up until we stop them. If one thinks objectively about our situation, one must realize that the majority is on the side of the State because they are uninformed and it seems unlikely to me that they are going to cry bloody hell once their masters cease to continue to tell them how to feel. Cops are going to quit their jobs once it's obvious to these nitwits that it is overtly dangerous to go to work. The Military isn't really on the States side anyway. It doesn't matter to me if those that agree with me are Libertarians or not. If Black Nationalists want to be Black Nationalists, let them. If Republicans want to hate women and gays, let them. If Libertarians want to watch Star Wars and argue about Bitcoin, let them. We'll fight it out later—or maybe we could let the market decide. Without the 'brass ring of power' that is government and that the police, more than any other institution are propping up. I suspect we'd have a good bit less to fight about. The Time Has Come! No justice, no peace, my hands aren't up and you better shoot first, motherfuckers... The Time Has Come.
