THE LIBERTARIAN ENTERPRISE Number 851, December 13, 2015 It is time to finish the American Revolution Attribute to L. Neil Smith's The Libertarian Enterprise Dannel P. Malloy, Democrat Governor of Connecticut is a criminal. This is not merely an opinion, it is a fact: a criminal, I recall, from Criminology 101 in college, a thousand years ago, is anyone who violates a written statute. The one Malloy is violating is the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, the highest law of the land. Q.E.D.: Dannel P. Malloy is a criminal. As of this moment, Malloy has conspired with his equally criminal minions to seize from certain persons (he has a "list") various kinds of weapons—those that are most effective against strutting, arrogant tyrants—of which he doesn't happen to approve. (The weapons, not the tyrants; he loves them.) This is a perfect example of leftist "justice". A while ago, he and his legisloids demanded that these owners identify themselves and "register" their "evil" weapons. Then, after a certain interval passed (I don't know how these things are calculated), he commanded his army of thugs and orcs to seize them. Because Dannel P. Malloy is a criminal. Unfortunately, for the criminal governor and his willing and culpable accessories and accomplices, the last I heard, only four percent (4%) of the owners of the soon-to-be-banned weapons had complied with this order, which, by creating a condition upon the purchase and possession of weapons, constitutes an illegal enfringement of the unalienable individual, civil, Constitutional, and human right of every man, woman, and responsible child to obtain, own, and carry, openly or concealed, any weapon—rifle, shotgun, handgun, machinegun, anything—any time, any place, without asking anyone's permission. Dannel P. Malloy is a criminal. I suspect that the criminal Connecticut governor's touted "list" consists of little more than this same four percent who were gullible and stupid enough to sign up. Malloy's predecessor and mentor, Adolf Hitler, had a message for such individuals: "Welcome to the Holocaust, moron!" Dannel P. Malloy is a criminal. Libertarians and conservatives everywhere who know about them, oppose Malloy's machinations. These movements have grown large enough, over the past couple of decades to do something to stop them. Someone (I name no names) has enough money to offer a substantial reward—a life-changing sum, say $100,000—for the apprehension and arrest of Dannel P. Malloy. The subsequent trial, for his crimes against the Constitution, could be spectacular and historic. It could break the mainstream media forever. I would gladly offer it myself, if I had the money. Because Dannel P. Malloy is a criminal. After years of saying it, and being wrong, we are on the cusp. It is time to finish the American Revolution. The bad guys don't wear stupid white wigs any more, but they still style themselves "governor" or "commissioner" or "legislator". Maybe they'll head for Canada, which they think of as the Land of Compliance, like their eighteenth century Tory predecessors, when the people of America are through with them. Somebody should tell them that Canadians are already successfully resisting victim disarmament, especially out in the West. But why bother? After all, Dannel P. Malloy is a criminal.
