Remember
Big fuss on media that today is fiftieth Anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.. Many have chosen to lionize over the years, while others have sought to debunk him. The truth is he does deserve to be recognized as a hero who died trying to advance what he considered to be the cause of liberty. Dr. King did what he did knowing full well what it would get him, and he went out and did what he thought was right. I respect that kind of guts.
Dr. King's understanding of how to obtain freedom was different then many of the people reading this. Over the years his followers and the statists have distorted what he sought to accomplish. Still, in many ways he did help make the world more decent and freer than it was before him.
We have a bit to go before we create a truly free society. While he may have taken a sidestep or two along the way, hell, maybe even a couple backwards, he helped us move closer to that goal. Remember him for this.

Horror: IRS Agent Allegedly Stuck A Gun In An Intern’s Mouth And Then Raped Her, by Matt Vespa
Just think; if this guy can get off the hook—he could go into politics and maybe someday become the next Bill Clinton!

I have revised and standardised four of my recent novels for publishing in omnibus edition. One of these four, The Devil's Treasure, will be free via Amazon Kindle between the 9th and 13th April. You can download your free copies here
Needless to say, if you do download and read, even a short review would be helpful. If you have trouble with writing a review, I will gladly assist. If you are unable to download a free copy in your Amazon territory, tell me and I will send a free pdf.
Best regards,

Got Your Global Warming Right Here!
Already working on a long overdue edition of the Norseman’s Diaries that I was aiming to get out today but decided to take another week to tweak and given the way winter continues to drag on—maybe even add onto the story.
Incredible this past week has been to say the least. It’s all I hear from the weather channel and the effects of this unseasonably cold weather seems to be widespread across the country and around the world reaching even deeply into more southern locations which may be indicative that something is up with the sun. Either just the short term flux in the solar cycle (hopefully) or the more disturbing possibility of a major long term shift to something like the Dalton Minimum of the 19th Century—or something worse.
Time will tell.
It is the 7th of April and we have a few inches of snow here in southwestern Pennsylvania and subfreezing temperatures this morning with highs only in the upper 30s and a long chilly week ahead. Depressing to say the least.
