It should come as no surprise that the
left is not at all interested in the truth.

Meme Warped

The government supports the (regulated) right of (licensed) gay married couples to own (registered) assault weapons to protect their (highly taxed) legal marijuana crop.

Freedom is the above without the parenthetical remarks.

Above also posted to Facebook. Left out that the ultimate goal is the government's only role is providing courts to help us enforce contracts involved in carrying out these rights. And to be honest, that's only for people who cannot imagine no government.

Democrat Strategy for 2020

From a series of (surprisingly hard to find) Twitter posts by T. J. Mason 6/22/2019

1. Do anything, no matter how shameless or fraudulent, to perpetuate the big lie that Republicans in general, and President Trump in particular, are racist.

2. Perpetuate the big lie that man-made climate change is real, and is a pressing danger that will require us to impoverish ourselves to solve in the next decade, pretending the attendant misery and death will be glorious.

3. Pretend that taking away our right to keep and bear arms will save lives, when in fact its the only way they can impose the draconian tyranny necessary to implement their climate controls and other lies.

4. Suppress Christianity and Judaism, to which end they will embrace Islam as a partner, ignoring that large parts of Islam are worse than the imaginary evils they pretend Christianity represents (and will eat them alive once the Christians are out of the way...)

5. Pronouncing infanticide, pedophilia, and criminals defecating in the streets (among numerous other ills of society) are acceptable, while people speaking out against these things should be silenced, beaten, incarcerated, or murdered.

Memories revisited

Just sent my old Buck 110 Folding hunter in for repair. About 32 years ago I retired it because the lock was of dubious reliability and because I had taken to carrying an Al Mar SERE (Okay, I had/have knife snob issues) as my main knife.

So for 32 years my old slab side Buck classic 110 languished with its dings and dents, its brass having a charming patina that only grew more colorful with age. I'm trusting the staff at Buck to clean it up but not too much, or in other words leave it looking venerable but not decrepit.

One of the reasons I delayed so long in sending it in was I was concerned they just might swap it for a new knife. The knife has sentimental value, I'd rather put it away as souvenir of back then or put up as a wall hanger than swap for new blade. Also, it's the older slab sided model not the rounded off handle version they switched to and slightly more valuable as a collectors item even with dings, dents, and discoloration. Finally, the knife is not an automatic as is the Buck I am currently carrying. I can take it into New Mexico or other jurisdictions where switchblades are banned.

I'm sure most people reading this have old classic gear they want to have restored. Others may also have damaged cutlery or other tools that qualifies for warranty work. If you haven't tossed it you might as well fix it up.
