         Watch your newsstands for the September issue of Analog Science Fiction and Fact, due in bookstores on July 15. "Second Chance" is a libertarian short story written by one of our regular contributors, Fran Van Cleave.
         TLE publisher L. Neil Smith's 19th novel, Bretta Martyn, is showing up in bookstores everywhere.
