Changing Hood Ornaments is exactly what will happen on January 20th of next year when Good Old Uncle Joe—no, not Uncle Joe Stalin, Uncle Joe Biden—is inaugurated U.S. Prez. That’s assuming the Trump machine can’t come up with some horrendously convincing evidence of election medling and no, not just by the US MSM perpetually attacking him for the last four years.

Changing Hood Ornaments is exactly the right image—it is after all, how the elite, who pretty much destroyed what was America think of political partys, voting, America, and government-in-general——

“The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to the doctrinaire and academic thinkers. Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can ’throw the rascals out’ at any election without leading to any profound or extreme shifts in policy.” —Carroll Quigley, U.S. President Bill Clinton’s mentor, “Tragedy and Hope,” pg. 1247, 1966 AD

We’re not the only ones who’ve recognized the result. Even arch left-coasters know——

“In the US, there is basically one party—the business party. It has two factions, called Democrats and Republicans, which are somewhat different but carry out variations on the same policies. By and large, I am opposed to those policies. As is most of the population.” —Noam Chomsky

And this is the view from inside——

“…by the time you become the leader of a country, someone else makes all the decisions. You may find you can get away with virtual presidents, virtual prime ministers, virtual everything. —U.S. President Bill Clinton, 1998 Monopoly Men

So governments aren’t really run by the folks ”we“ elect—and blame and/or praise. They’re memetic machines which, despite the image, no central power really controls.

So the thing is, for better or worse, changing Hood Ornaments doesn’t change the machine.

That’s just another recognition of the Deep State , originally nailed as a meme through PBS’s Bill Moyers Journal, but we can give Mr. Trump credit for putting it on the MSM map.

A little history may be in order. The Deep State started out chiefly as the Banker’s State. Then, because of the notion WWII is what bailed “us” out of the banker-caused Great Depression, the MilitaryIndustrialCongressionalComplex as President Eisenhower memed it—and warned against—took over. Since then, most of the Estabilshment has joined-up until now Ike might describe it as the Military-Industrial-Banking-Media-Pharma-Government Complex.

Chalmers Johnson and others describe the full mechanism as Military Keynesianism” because, ever since WWII, the military and its provisioning have been the main tool used to power Keynesian deficit spending. It explains why, despite no Constitutional declaration of war since WWII, the U.S. Government has been waging perpetual undeclared unconstitutional “war” from Korea to Afghanistan and points beyond. It explains why That Thing That Lives in Washington D.C. has, since the end of WWII, been illegally murdering literally millions of innocent “foreign” men, women and children and displacing tens-of-millions more.

Luckily for your conscience on this Veterans Day , even if you voted, you’re still not directly responsible for what the Hood Ornaments and their handlers do because, even ignoring The Electoral College, your vote had absolutely no effect what-so-ever on the outcome of the election.

Your vote only affected you. By voting, you likely subjugated yourself to domination by and funding of that thing in Washington D.C.. It works like this——

… participation [in the electoral process] is an instrument of conquest because it encourages people to give their consent to being governed by the state. Stemming from a sense of fair play deeply embedded in the human psyche, people generally obey the principle that those who play the game accept the outcome. This kind of subjugation of the masses is no recent discovery. Etienne de la Boetie described this phenomenon as ‘Voluntary Servitude’ over two hundred years ago. - Alvin Lowi, Jr., originally for

So, while the Deep State fights over the spoils you’ve conceded to it with your vote, it’s a good idea to keep in mind what the underlying machine is designed for——

The art of constructing governments has usually been to organize the State in such a manner, as that this operation could be carried on to the best advantage for the administrators; and the art of administering those governments has been so to vary the means of seizing upon private property, as to bring the greatest possible quantity into the public coffers, without exciting insurrections. Those governments which are called despotic, deal more in open plunder; those that call themselves free, and act under the cloak of what they teach the people to reverence as a constitution, are driven to the arts of stealing. These have succeeded better by theft than the others have by plunder; …Under those constitutional governments the people are more industrious, and create property faster; because they are not sensible in what manner, and in what quantities, it is taken from them. The administrators, in this case, act by a compound operation; one is to induce the people to work, and the other to take from them their earnings. —Joel Barlow, “Advice to the Privileged Orders in the Several States of Europe - Resulting from the Necessity and Propriety of a General Revolution in the Principle of Government,” written between 1792 and 1795 109_clip18

So now, if you didn’t know already, you understand why Uncle Scam is so eager for you to have a job.

Given this reality, expecting Trump to “drain the swamp” was fools gold and grasping at straws in the first place. As a Hood Ornament, at least he was interesting. Maybe, because he was egotistical and rich, he’d sometimes stray from the teleprompter and his Deep State handlers would lose control but they learned to manipulate him quickly back into the sheep pen.

The virulance the Establishment displayed against him, however, shows how seriously nervous his off-teleprompter excursions made them. Heck, made me nervous too.

So now “we’ve” apparently ditched a rich egotistical screw-up who might now and then actually break the Deep State hold on what used to be America and replaced him with a senile mobbed-up blackmailing war-monger with 40 years of experience lying himself into office.

Lying himself into office? What do successful political Hood Ornaments do to get elected?

Unfortunately, it won’t make much difference either way. The thing is, if you keep on doing what you’ve been doing, you’ll keep on getting what you got. However as a bonus for the establishment, Biden’s been doing it for the Deep State and supporting Military Keynesianism for 40 years. Think he’ll change things?

And, while I really hate to ask, what are you going to do about it?
