Hey Ken

For fans of the Libertarian sci-fi TV show, Firefly, you can watch a preview of the upcoming movie via the following link. It requires Apple's quicktime, however.

Somebody wrote:

This is false. Nobody in Iraq ever initiated force against the United States, and even if they had, it is no longer considered rational or civilized to assign collective guilt and then use it as an excuse to murder tens of thousands of innocent human beings, the great majority of them children.

Every day it becomes increasingly clear that this government's activities in the Middle East are being carried out simply to benefit the corporate friends of George Bush and company, and to retain control of an outdated and obsolete system for obtaining and supplying energy. In time, this system will collapse of its own weight, but in the meantime, millions of people are being compelled to suffer in a vain attempt to preserve it.

This war is both immoral and illegal. Anyone who claims otherwise and at the same time claims to be a libertarian is either stupid, evil, or insane.

Do you remember when cops and police officers were proud to be called police or sheriff. The change in attitude came when the became Law Enforcement Officials. The were no longer peace officers, charged with keeping the peace. Now, they had laws to enforce, even when those laws were silly, unjust and unconstitutional.

Sir,

Thought I'd bring this website to your attention (if you haven't already seen it). As a retired soldier and a political history buff, I am extraordinarily disturbed to find this website, apparently hosted by the Department of State. Not only is it incredibly simplistic, but it is also just plain wrong in many, many instances. If you search the whole site you will not find (at least I didn't) the term Constitutional Republic even once. Additionally, you'll find statements that endorse nonseparation of Church and State and the idea that the majority can vote the minority to their will, the two things I believe our Founding Fathers fought the most. Just thought you'd like to know; perhaps you can warn folks that these are not the ideals traditionally espoused by the US Government, even if the current administration is trying to endorse them.

2 news items of interest—

1. V-E Day (Victory in Europe Day, May 8th) is an appropriate time to enlarge Holocaust Museums. Holocaust Museums will quadruple in size under new plans to add "Wholecaust" Museums. The larger museums will document the Wholecaust (of which the Holocaust was a part): 62 million killed under the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics; 35 million under the Peoples' Republic of China; 21 million under the National Socialist German Workers' Party. The atrocities were the worst in history. New Wholecaust Museums are slated for six cities worldwide (New York City, DC, Los Angeles, Berlin, Moscow and Beijing). More info at http://rexcurry.net/wholecaust-museum.html

2. An historic discovery of a 1935 Youth's booklet from the National Socialist German Workers' Party shows that the Hakenkreuz-swastika was used to symbolize intermeshed "S" shapes for the horrid Party. http://rexcurry.net/bookchapter4a1a3.html The pictures at and at http://rexcurry.net/swastika-socialism2.jpg are consecutive pages from the book. The entire book was uncovered by RexCurry.net and it is the only example known to exist. Although the book is in its original German language, the illustrations clearly reflect the text which explains that common symbols under the National Socialist German Workers' Party often used the "S" shape, including the side-by-side use in the "SS" Divison and the overlapping use in the Hakenkreuz. Although the swastika was an ancient symbol, the booklet serves as important primary source evidence that the Hakenkreuz was used also to represent intertwined "sieg" runes for the victory of socialism under the National Socialist German Workers' Party. For additional proof see posters at http://rexcurry.net/socialism-posters/posters2.html and posters at http://rexcurry.net/socialist-propaganda/posters1.html and German medals at http://rexcurry.net/socialism/germany.html and flags and banners at http://rexcurry.net/swastikaflags.html and for a fuller explanation see http://rexcurry.net/swastikanews.html

It is part of a forthcoming book "Swastikas, Holocausts, Nazis & the USA" at http://rexcurry.net/book1a1contents.html
