For your consideration The following circumstances currently apply in the USA: If you are within 100 miles of the border you are subject to inspection without warrant by ICE. This is because according to Immigraqtion and Customs you are not legally in the US until you pass inspection and are admitted by them, which they claim means you are not protected by the Constitution. In Arizona police officers will soon be required to ask for proof of citizenship of anyone they suspect is not a citizen. This is a consequence of the failure of the Federal government to protect them from people entering the US to rob, rape, vandalize steal and murder. Legislation is before Congress that would allow the Attorney General to put suspected terrorists on a list of people not allowed to buy firearms. If a persons appeals being on this list the appeals judge will only be allowed to review redacted evidence. This is a fancy way of saying that the reason for putting you on the list is secret and so is the name of the person whose complaint got you on it and the judge is just going to have to take the Government's word.
