Such "dangerous" individuals not only hate the government,
but are increasingly unwilling to endure it any further.

The following was written and sent to JPFO in response to a message titled "JPFO Comment: Should Christians Give Up Their Guns??" (BTW their answer was no):

Many Christians believe that if they die for their faith or exercising pacifistic Christian principals they will honor G-d and achieve salvation. Sorry, I object to dying. Others believe that they should trust in G-d and He will protect them. I am not being a smart Alec when I say G-d has acted to protect me by creating those persons whose genius perfected the design and marketing of the weapons I use to defend myself, loved ones, liberty, and property.

I must add that in my humble opinion to disarm oneself and fail to forcibly resist evil and instead relying on God to do so constitutes the sin of presumption. I would also like to ask, "If God does not demand that we disarm ourselves and rely on Him for our defense, if in fact He allows us the invention and use of weapons to defend ourselves, is it not sinfully hubristic that you demand we disarm ourselves or assist in the disarmament of our neighbors?"

PS: I realize that many of you are free thinkers. Still, I think it is a fair question to ask in religious terms
