THE LIBERTARIAN ENTERPRISE Number 877, June 19, 2016 "Gun control is the idea that it's better to see a woman dead in an alley, strangled with her own pantyhose, than to see her with a gun in her hand."—T.D. Melrose

DEMON POSSESSED MAN KILLED IN ORLANDO PRESIDENT OBAMA DECLARES GUNS AT FALT IN HEINOUS ORLANDO SHOOTING. APPARENTLY THE SUSPECT WHO PLEDGED ALLEGIANCE TO ISIS DURING A 911 CALL WAS POSSESED BY A DEMON AND WAS THE LAST VICTIM OF THE SHOOTING. THOUGH OBAMA WILL NOT COMMENT HIS SENTIMENTS WERE HEARD JUST AFTER THE SHOOTING IN A SHORT PRESS CONFERENCE. NO DETAILS WERE GIVEN BUT IT WAS OBVIOUS FROM THE STATEMENT MADE THAT THE GUN MADE ALL OF THE CHOICES AND FORCED THE SUSPECT TO PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO ISIS. FURTHER THE SUSPECT COULD NOT HAVE MEANT TO KILL HOMOSEXUALS ON HIS OWN AS WE ALL KNOW HOW TRULY INCLUSIVE MUSLIM NATIONS ARE WELCOMING ALL SEXUALITIES GENDERS AND RACES. THE SHOOTING WAS NOT ABOUT THE VICTIMS IT WAS NOT MOTIVATED BY HATE, OBVIOUSLY AN INANIMATE OBJECT POSSESSED THE SUSPECT AND FORCED HIM TO WATCH AND SAY THE THINGS HE SAID AS THE INANIMATE OBJECT KILLED OVER AND OVER AGAIN. MURDER DID NOT EXIST UNTIL GUNS WERE INVENTED, AND THE SECOND AMENDMENT IS A CONSPIRACY THEORY. CAIN SLEW ABLE AFTER PICKING UP A GUN. SELF DEFENSE IS A LIE NO ONE CAN DEFEND THEMSELVES IT IS IMPOSSIBLE ONLY THE POLICE CAN DEFEND THEMSELVES. (NO IRONY HERE) mr irony

Just click the red box (it's a button!) to pay the author Sean Gabb Newsletter, 12th June 2016 I nearly died last week from blood poisoning. An alarming announcement, I hope you will agree—but there could have been worse. On Thursday the 2nd June, I felt a pain on my left shin. It was as if I'd knocked against the metal bar of a desk. Within a few hours, the whole shin bone felt broken, and I had an uncontrollable fever. I woke next morning with a stiff and swollen left leg. My doctor prescribed oral antibiotics. By Sunday evening, the condition was continuing to worsen—more patches and what seemed a dark shadow passing up my leg—and my wife nagged me to the local hospital, where blood tests were taken and I was given an injection of antibiotics. I was told that I had been about to go into a terminal decline from septicaemia. On Monday the 5th June and Tuesday the 6th June, I was given progressively larger injections of antibiotics. These eventually stabilised the infection level, and I was fitted with an antibiotic pump and sent home. I did draft a gloating obituary the other night of the infection that nearly carried me off. Having just looked at it, however, I see no good purpose in sharing this with the world. I am not yet entirely free of infection. I have no idea how long the pain will continue, nor if there will be any long term effects. Also, my essay says nothing original or interesting. Septicaemia hurts and can kill. I would regard my sudden death as a calamity, and invite others to do likewise. NHS doctors can be very helpful when presented with a calm middle class patient who appears not to be wasting their time—though I might have remembered in time that I had Bupa health insurance. My women were most supportive. So too my friends. Antibiotic pumps are a nuisance. I have not had a shower since last Wednesday, and only the death of every germ within six inches of my body keeps me from smelling like a street beggar. And that is it. Here is an essay I wrote last month as Richard Blake. I spent a lot of time in hospital thinking about the Schubert and Mozart Piano Sonatas, and am glad of that. You can follow Richard Blake on Facebook. Best regards (and remember that in the midst of life we are in death) Sean Gabb

Just click the red box (it's a button!) to pay the author The Jo Cox MP Shooting Was a Natural After British Labour MP Jo Cox was gunned down and stabbed in Northern England social media and the press went wild with earnest emotional outpourings of sadness and outrage. But should we really be surprised that a member of a violent oppressive organization such as British Labour Party would be targeted for violence? If anything, Jo Cox should have known better and fully expected to be the target of backlashes after British Labour Party has inflicted untold violence, oppression, and authoritarianism on the British people. 'Blowback', a phenomenon first described by the u.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), tells us that when a party or agent inflicts massive violence and suffering on a target or population, there is usually going to be 'blowback' retaliation consisting of violence in kind. This is what happened to MP Jo Cox. Simply put, she aligned herself with a violent oppressive organization, the British Labour Party, which was inflicting massive violence on the people of Great Britain, and she suffered retaliation and 'blowback' as a result. The old saying goes, "What Goes Around, Comes Around", and it usually holds true. As governments and politicians become ever more violent, authoritarian, and viciously greedy for our money and our lives, we can expect many more Jo Cox's, and maybe that's not such a bad or unjust thing. Was that worth reading? Not a Rant Mrs. Clinton says we should not demonize Muslims in general (BTW I agree). She does not hesitate to demonize five million Americans who belong to the NRA (including me), which is about the number of Muslims living in US (estimated at being between 3and 7 million, i.e., 5 million). Maybe we shouldn't demonize any Americans. Mr. Obama says the mass murder at The Pulse nightclub was the worst mass shooting in US history. Excluding Mount Carmel Ranch, Sandy Creek, and Wounded Knee. I guess he believes mass murder should be a Government monopoly. He also says we should be more careful about keeping guns out of the hands of mass murderers. This from the man whose administration armed the sicarios of Mexico deliberately and ISIS out of stupidity. Some progressive pundits have claimed that The Pulse Massacre would lead to a confrontation between the LGBT community and the NRA with our gay brethren leading a charge for gun control. Instead our gay brethren have joined the charge to buy guns for self defense that followed the massacre. This could have been predicted, given that one of the original Plaintiffs in Heller was a gay man seeking to buy a pistol for self defense from gay bashers. The FBI had investigated the shooter three times and received a warning from a gun shop that the shooter was seeking armor and ammo for what felt like nefarious purposes to the owner (who also refused to sell him him his order). Yet I assure you that if there is an Al Perez (do you know how many Al Perez's there are in the world?) on a no fly list I am at risk of being denied a ticket and if some have their way the next gun I try to buy. To make things worse you don't find out if you are on the list until you try to buy the ticket (or possibly gun in the future) until after you try to get on the plane. Maybe the government should do a better job of identifying of potential terrorists and not framing honest folk before using its lists to deny people rights. Maybe truth and facts should be made part of the debate over gun control by its proponents. A.X. Perez
