Attribute to L. Neil Smith’s The Libertarian Enterprise
I seem to now be 70-years old. That's 3-score and 10 in old-time calculation. Golly. No wonder I feel bad all the time. So it goes.
Our feature article this issue is about an article by science-fiction writer David Brin (or “Speculative Fiction” as Mr. Heinlein called it). Now, I do not like to criticise people, but I read Mr. Brin’s The Postman when it came out. And I never had any desire to read anything else he wrote. Maybe it’s just me. Or maybe not.

I seem to sort-of remember I was going to comment/recommend some books Real Soon Now, kinda. However, what with this and that, it will be again Real Soon Now.

So where is Our Mr Smith, you ask? He has been somewhat “under the weather” as they say. Most people are under the weather of course, except for the ones orbiting the earth or flying high above it, or perhaps on really high mountains. I know, idiomatic expressions are a source of never-ending fun, kind of like a kitten and a paper grocery bag (remember those?—paper bags I mean, not kittens, of which we have 3 hanging around our front pourch these days.).
And on that note, I say welcome to this issue, and we will see you next week!
Was that worth reading?
Then why not:
