First Amendment

Apparently Don Lemon found it necessary to state: “Jesus Christ—if that’s who you believe in, Jesus Christ—admittedly, was not perfect when he was here on this Earth.” When criticizing the deification of the Founding Fathers.

Actually, according to Christians, He is. Not was, is from 4 BC-29 AD, and from the beginning to the end of Eternity. Yeshua Hamashiach is. was, will always be, and will have always have been perfect.

To say anything else is heretical and blasphemous. As in executed by the Inquisition back in the day blasphemy and heresy. As in if you said something this heretical and blasphemous about Islam in much of the world you would be stoned to death by a mob before the police could arrest you.

Also, it’s plain ignorant of what Christianity teaches and what Christians believe, a degree of ignorance a news broadcaster should not have. Finally, it is his absolute right to say something this ignorant (not to mention blasphemous and heretical) under the First Amendment. The First Amendment that gives him the right to criticize the Founding Fathers for being slaveholders and debunking their reputations as lovers of freedom. The First Amendment (and the Virginia Statute of Religious Freedom) that guarantees his right to hold and express heterodox religious opinions, no matter how blasphemous they seem to the rest of us.

The First Amendment (and Statute of Religious Freedom) was written by the men he doesn’t think should be deified. Well as an orthodox Christian I agree they shouldn’t be deified. As Christians and Deists they would agree with him, they shouldn’t be deified. However, one of those men said,
“I have sworn upon the altar of God, eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man,”
and I am afraid Mr. Lemon’s refusal to succumb to idolatry is not out of respect for the One True God, but out of submission to those who do wish to impose tyranny over the minds of men.

Letter from Dennis Wilson

Hello Ken,

THE KNOWN CURE:
Vitamin C, "Sunshine" Vitamin D and Zinc

"THE KNOWN CURE"* has protected ME and my family since the 1980s, thru the Annual Flu and numerous "accidental" releases of flu based bio-weapons. You may remember some of their names: SARS, SWINE FLU, BIRD FLU, MERS, EBOLA, ZIKA and now CORONA.

*Most "Doctors" STILL refuse to acknowledge the importance of vitamins.

[ Yes indeed, I take 3-grams of C a day (or 2 if I only eat 2 meals that day), and D, and right after coming home from a visit outside I eat a zinc lozenge or two — I ain't dead yet. See below for links to amazon.com — Editor ]

Another Letter from Dennis Wilson

Hello Ken,

I found this comment/argument regarding police departments so succinct that I fitted it into a meme graphic.
