“The first casualty, when war comes, is truth.”
— Hiram Johnson, said at the time of the First World War

Our friend Ron Paul said that “truth is treason in the empire of lies.” Recently, Vladimir Putin quoted that phrase, or came up with it independently to describe the NATO countries and the USA empire.

You may not have been allowed to hear the full speech, or even know that Putin did speak to the topic of why he was going into the areas where Russia speaking people in Ukraine had been horribly treated.  Therefore, I should like, after taking a moment to mention how much I like Alexandra Bruce and her work, to point you at this page: Vladimir Putin, Empire of Lies, full transcript 24 Feb 2022  I read much faster than most people choose to talk, so I really like Alexandra including a transcript.  It also helps with quotes.

Do I say that Putin spoke the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, in his speech? I do not.  I do say that he spoke, and that if you want to understand why he has done what he has done, it would be well to hear it from him, or read what he said.  Otherwise, you are in danger of succumbing to propaganda.  I will say that nothing from the Brandon administration, and nothing from government “experts” since the beginning of the “outbreak” of whatever we have been experiencing (a bioweapon deliberately released to kill people and pay off big for big pharma is my sense of what it has been) has given me any sense of the actual truth.  We have been lied to.  So both Ron Paul and Vlad Putin calling it the empire of lies is important.  I should also mention that Satan is called the father of lies in John 8:44.

In searching on the topic of where “the first casualty in war is truth” might have originated, I came across a discussion that included this excerpt:

"The Idler" magazine from 11/11/1758 which says "...among the calamities of war may be jointly numbered the diminution of the love of truth, by the falsehoods which interest dictates and credulity encourages."

That seems worth remembering.  We have been lied to by people who have been killing us and raping men, women, and children, for many decades.  It would be well to approach the current phase of the ongoing war against humanity in that light.  Think about who is speaking before lending to much credence to their words.  Don’t repeat what you hear on television except in the context of noting where you heard it.  You don’t want to be quoted by someone who relies on you for truth when you are only repeating what may prove to be propaganda.

I like Alexandra’s work so much that I am going to include another of her pieces.  This one is a transcript and video from Greg Reese.  It happens to have the same title, presumably because the topic is relevant these days.

Finally, because it has weighed heavily on my mind today, I wanted to share another video, this one without a transcript.  It is an interview by Abby Martin with Oliver Stone.  Good interview.

There is another bible quote that I think is relevant.  In John 14:6 we find these words, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”  They correspond to my views.  I think it is relevant to consider that a war against truth is a war against Jesus.  It is certainly clear that the war we are experiencing, going back at least hundreds of years, is a war on humanity, decency, and civility.

When did it start? I think a reasonable case can be made that the war was ongoing back around 9,600 BC when the Younger Dryas was ended very dramatically.  Some people theorise that a comet or asteroid hit the ocean, putting an enormous amount of water vapour into the atmosphere, and that it was big enough to strike deeply, so that the Earth’s magma was exposed for a time.  We know from “melt water pulse B” that very suddenly, roughly 40 days and 40 nights, the Cordilleran, Laurentide, and European ice sheets all melted at the same time.  Water levels rose hundreds of feet.  All the coastal cities were inundated, drowned.  In the Bible it says that God resolved to wipe out mankind, and repented of it and Noah built an ark.  In the story of Gilgamesh, the Sumerians give the same account.  In the Edfu building texts, the Egyptians give the same account.  Other cultures also have stories of great flooding.  We can, today, see the structures underwater in the Mediterranean, off the coast of Cuba, in the Far East, and elsewhere.

Now, you are free to believe what you wish to believe.  I can trace the desires for hegemony and the evidence of both hubris and devil worship amongst the outfit that funded Jean-Jacques Rousseau in his writing The Social Contract to roughly 1745.  It is fairly well known that the banking gangsters funded and entertained Karl Marx in his writings, and that one such banker, Engels, joined him in writing one of his books.

It is also clear that there was considerable uptake in the words of Malthus about the need for fewer people.  Malthus may be remembered as the man who predicted roughly 1830 or so that by 1930 there would be three feet of horse manure on every street in London.  He extrapolated a trend without taking into account technology.  There were very few horses in London by then, mostly on bridle trails, with a few lingering delivery wagons, because of automobiles and trains and street cars.  Julian Simon would later go into great detail about why these limits to growth ideologies are so terrible.

The truth about the “green revolution” is that there is no reason for climate change alarmism, but there is great profit (over 125 trillion dollars worth) in purporting that there is such a problem.  There is also an opportunity for those with the aformentioned hubris and devil worship traits, to enslave mankind for “carbon credits” or on some other pretext.  The good news is, not everyone is falling for it.

There is also great good news, I believe, in something that many of the founders of the American Revolution would say.  There is a just God who is merciful.

God bless you and your families, every one.  God is with us to save us. Amen.
