         When I attended my first Libertarian Party national convention for more than a decade, back in 1993, I was shocked to see how much the movement had "grayed" -- which meant that we had failed to find a younger generation to whom to pass the Torch of Liberty.

         Fortunately, Don and Sunni have gone a long way toward correcting that failure. To read the ten winning entries below is to feel both relieved and refreshed. Thank you, Knights of the Round Table, and thank you winners, for making far more than my day.

         And since you asked, yes, the First Place (child) winner, Rylla Cathryn Smith, is my daughter -- but that doesn't color my feelings about Don and Sunni's contest a bit.

         Well, not much, anyway.
