An Amendment to the United States Constitution
1. No right, activity, person, or object protected by the first ten
amendments to the United States Constitution, commonly known as the
"Bill of Rights", shall be taxed, licensed, or "regulated" by any
government at any stage of production, manufacture, transportation,
distribution, sale, resale, possession, or use.
2. Similarly, nothing essential or tangential to the five basic needs
of human survivalfood, clothing, shelter, transportation, and
self-defenseshall be taxed by any government at any level of
production, manufacture, transportation, distribution, sale, resale,
possession, or use.
3. These matters will not be subject to adjudication or
interpretation by any body of governmentin particular by the
Supreme Court of the United States, or by any state or territorial
courtbut only by a jury enlisted completely at random, without
filtering or selection, from the total pool of potential jurors
available.
4. Government employees, including elected and unelected officialspreviously
granted immunities to the contrary notwithstandingaccused
of violating or evading these measures, shall be removed
summarily from office, and upon conviction, fined, imprisoned for no
fewer than twenty-five years at hard labor, and forbidden to occupy
any position, at any level of government, for the remainder of their
lives.
5. No attempt shall be made to replace any revenue lost to the
government by this amendment; instead, the government shall be reduced
in size and scope proportionally.
