Yoko—Ohno!
by L. Neil Smith
It says here (in an altogether too-brief Breitbart piece by their
gun-guy AWR Hawkins, that the internationally-famous cuckoo Yoko Ono
is celebrating the 36th anniversary of John Lennon’s death by
calling for “gun control”, which my regular readers are
aware is more accurately termed “victim disarmament”. I
don’t have a clue how to get in touch with this demented dolly,
but if I did, I would ask her, in a nation in which no infringement of
any kind, of the fundamental individual human right to own and carry
weapons is lawfully permissable, exactly what the hell she imagines we
have now, when a supposedly free people are forced to beg the almighty
state for permission to exercise their inalienable right to buy or
tote a gun.

Much To Good For Them
by A.X. Perez
Originally you had to own or rent a certain amount of property to
vote in America. During the Jacksonian Era this requirement all but
died (Texas allowed property owners only to vote in elections to raise
property taxes until the late 1960’s/early Seventies.). The
finally Jacksonian blow to property qualification to vote was
Dorr’s Rebellion in 1843.

Pizzagate’s Effect on Revolution
by Paul Bonneau
The Captain’s Journal is a blog of Herschel Smith that has
been following Pizzagate lately. I have read some, but I have to confess I don’t have the
stomach to delve into the perversions of the ruling class. Child abuse
seems naturally to go hand in hand with power lust. As El Neil pointed
out in his fine novel Henry Martyn, empires are invariably maintained via theft, murder,
lies, rape and torture, so I suppose we shouldn’t be surprised
that the American Empire isn’t any different. Still, Pizzagate
manages to shock us.

Culture Choices
by Jim Davidson
One of the most important things that
L. Neil Smith has written about,
extensively, repeatedly, and thoroughly, is the idea that we are
engaged in a culture war. We who wish to abolish all forms of
initiatory force, who wish to end government, who seek to live free
and free the slaves, stop the wars, and end the oppression, are
fighting a culture of control, domination, abuse, and people who are
in love with their abusers. We are, in part, fighting Stockholm
Syndrome, or what Harriet Tubman described as the fact that slaves
cannot be helped to freedom unless they first perceive that they are
indeed slaves.
