Dear Mr Smith,

As an American who values his right to keep and bear arms and understands his duty to defend his State and community from tyranny I appreciate your commentary. One thing I must point out—any inaccuracy provides openings in our debate armor which the forces of the NWO / Global Elite / PTB will gleefully exploit. I would direct your attention to definition #3 of the word "regulate" in the 1828 Webster's Dictionary. Well regulated does in fact mean that the Militia of the several States are to be organized, armed and disciplined according to the discipline prescribed by Congress (see Article 1, Section 8, Clause 16 US Constitution).

A wonderful source for historical and legal accuracy regarding our rights and our duty to provide for the security of a free State is Edwin Vieira, Jr.. Also Edwin Vieira Jr.'s column on NewsWithViews.com
His thorough research and brilliant analysis have really helped me understand the Constitution and our rights as free men.

As an unpublished work the copyright on that manuscript is held by the Estate of Samuel Edward Konkin III and may not be published without arrangement with the estate, as represented by me.
