With Friends Like These, Who Needs Democrats?

Rodney William Ansell was a widely-respected Australian
cattleman, hunter, and outbacker, most famous for his survival skills under
harsh conditions, who served as the model for the movie character “Crocodile
Dundee”. His business and his family were destroyed by trendy
environmentalist legislation. In 1999, resisting a series of new victim
disarmament (gun control) laws and other statist incursions into his life,
he was savagely murdered by the police, whereupon all sorts of transparently
phony charges and accusations were heaped against him by the government and
media to defame him when he could no longer defend himself.

an article at USA today about selling contraceptives over the counter. And I
was talking with a friend about the weird psychological effects of the pill
on some of us. They put me on it twice, once while they were doing a bunch
of tests for the infertility treatment and, in terms of liability, they
couldn’t risk my being pregnant. Once a few years ago, trying to figure out
what would fix it.

When the 2016 Referendum went unexpectedly to the Leavers, the
Conservative Party was handed a golden opportunity. It had only to manage a
reasonable withdrawal, and it could look forward to a generation of
electoral hegemony. Three years later, we have still not left, and it is
possible we shall not, and the Party is hovering on the edge of electoral
oblivion. The question I find most interesting about these events is how far
they can be explained as intended or as an effect of political incompetence.

View from the Distant Past

Thirty thousand years ago, there was a civilisation
on Earth that had achieved certain technological accomplishments with which
we, today, are again somewhat familiar. A very small elite had
enormous power, wealth, and abilities at their command. They had
access to the Solar System, they had nuclear weapons,
they had communications devices that incorporated quantum entanglement,
their technologists had a deep and significant understanding of the
multi-dimensional reality in which we live. They also had an
extraordinarily sick, hierarchical, and demented society.

The New Racism

Besides the overwhelming idiocy of this sub-human would-be baby-killer, I

few months the rallying cry for the political Left in America.

The View from the Distant Future

The future is unwritten. Every science fiction film
fan remembers that line from the second film in the Terminator series.
Of course, some futures are more likely than others, given the nature of
time and events. Nor is it the case that only we humans are involved
in the creation of the future. All volitional entities are involved in
choice-taking and, therefore, in future-making. The following outline
is based on the view from AD 10,000 or about eight thousand years in the
future.
