There may be long term benefits for China and the prospect for greater world peace if these kids acquire a taste for freedom and take it home with them.
Banned From Guns At Home, Chinese Students Flock To Ohio Gun Range

Was that worth reading?
Then why not:
Why?
The French get their name from the francisca, a throwing axe favored by the Germanic tribe known as the Franks.
Similarly, the Saxons get their name from the seax, the common edged tool and weapon of the Germanic people.
Arguably Americans are the people of the gun. Yet many politicians want to all but completely disarm us or impose unreasonable restrictions on how we exercise our right to keep and bear arms or use them in defense of ourselves and others. Why?
Admittedly I am repeating a conclusion I have reached elsewhere: There are many changes that our society could benefit from making and others we would be fools, possibly literally damned fools, to make. Sometimes those who drag their feet on just change or wish to make unjust change want to use the power of the government to achieve these ends. This leads to them supporting "gun control" to make sure "resistance is futile."
Please note that the biggest restrictions on firearms ownership were made in 1934 and 1968, times when the power of government was being used to restructure society. At those time there were many who felt the government went to far or not far enough, was making the wrong changes, or failing to make the right changes. Sadly, it was easier to use force to partially disarm their opponents than for our leaders to reason with the American people.

If the Democrat victories in Kentucky and Louisiana are any measure of how the Democrat vote fraud machine has geared up for 2020, it does not bode well.
