Create Your Own Personal Supersedure Zone

First, I acknowledge that we are ALL subject to blatantly open collectivist forces that are superior, but diminishing. Should a person (you or me) openly confront those forces (Rambo or the Branch Davidians at Waco come to my mind) or quietly avoid confrontations such as the Amish communities thru-out North America have done? I think that the Supersedure Zones described in the Covenant of Unanimous Consent [see copy attached below] are best suited to the second, non-confrontational approach that echos the philosophy of Tao Guang Yang Hui: “to hide one’s capabilities and bide one’s time.“ Being openly confrontational just paints a target on you and your efforts. This does NOT rule out the possibility nor necessity of self defense!
A Two Part Problem Statement:
When central governments collapse (and they ALL do collapse!), what is the nature of the agreements that individuals will make to provide for the security of themselves and their family?
Perhaps the second part—about agreements— can be stated more specifically:
What *IS* the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM that Voluntary Groups of any size—two people or more—need to agree upon, in order to live together peacefully and productively?
A Proposed Answer:
Institute new SELF Government at a personal level, based on L. Neil Smith's "Covenant of Unanimous Consent".
From Thomas Jefferson’s Declaration of Independence:

What I want to accomplish artistically amounts to
nothing more than fulfilling the promise of the American Revolution.
— L. Neil Smith - Author of and Signatory to The Covenant of Unanimous
Consent
Do this: Sit or stand ALONE in a room or space that you own or rent. “Extend” your mind to the corners and along the boundaries connecting the corners. If you have read and agree with the Covenant and are a Signatory to it, the area/volume within those boundaries are subject to the Five Precepts of the Covenant. This *IS* YOUR personal Supersedure Zone!
“Extend” your mind further to the corners of the building and then to the boundaries of the property. If you are single or fortunate enough to share that Zone with another Signatory, the Precepts “govern” that larger Zone by Unanimous Consent as explained in the Supersedure clause at the end of the Covenant.
Seek other Signatories and communicate and trade with them and their Zones. When possible, join or merge with their Zones.
That's it! It really is that simple.
Freedom is an Attitude! Slaves don't have it.
