Another False Flag
by L. Neil Smith
Okay, I quit. I was never inclined to ask why a
guy would take a gun into a crowded area and start shooting innocent,
unarmed people at random until he killed himself or got killed by an armed
defender. It sounds too much like The Parallax View or some other
conspiracy movie. It has happened again and again. But I’m never going to
ask again. I know why; the question now is who.

Where Did We Go Wrong?
by Harding McFadden
Open question: does anyone—should anyone—care
what celebrities have to say about anything at all? I suppose you could care
if they were thespians, good at their work, true professionals, who you’ve
asked for advice in regards to acting. Likewise painters, pool players, and
other similar worthies. Don’t get me started on if athletes are worth
listening to in any respect, given their already enlarged senses of
worthiness and entitlement, all the while promoting gang mentality and
violence for its own sake. But this misses the earlier question: should we
care what they all think otherwise?

That Uncomfortable Moment
Sarah A. Hoyt
You know, I know, everyone with a basic understanding of

of ballot custody—that every time ballots are “found” they are uniformly for
the democrats.

The Couch Potato War Correspondent
by Harding McFadden
I thought I’d try something different this week, and as
opposed to writing a short rant in a single sitting, stretch it out over a
few days, to inform on myself, and the circles that I stumble through. I
thought I’d do this because, like EVERY election (at least according to the
talking [empty] heads of the American news services) the one coming up on
Tuesday, November 6, 2018, will be the most important one in our lives.

Revenge of the Trailer Trash
by L. Neil Smith
I don’t believe that I’ve ever written about this
subject before. I’m not much given to autobiography. I’m certainly not
ashamed of it, I just never thought it was relevant. Even now, I don’t know
exactly why I’m setting this down on “paper”. It just makes me very happy to
do so. Whereas the prospect of writing about last week’s election makes me
sick to my stomach.
